**About the Role**

Breakers Country Club is looking for an energetic Cellar Attendant who would thrive in a fast-paced environment working on a part time basis at our superb venue in the Central Coast - Wamberal, NSW

As a Cellar Attendant, you will be responsible for carry out the necessary actions to support the day-to-day operations of the Venue's loading dock and the maintenance of the Club's beverage, cellar and back of house operations.

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Maintain the operation of the beer reticulation system
- Ensuring accurate records are maintained i.e. wastage recording, stock movements, stock on hand, transfers, par levels, WH&S issues & system failures
- Maintaining all equipment associated with the cellar area, including taps, snap locks, check valves, beer manifolds, glycol, spirit dispensers and fridges
- Receiving of goods for both beverage and catering operations
- General maintenance and cleaning

**About YOU**
- Previous experience in a similar Dock / Cellar role and within the hospitality industry
- Hold a current NSW RSA & RCG certification
- Hold a valid Drivers Licence
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to complete high volumes of manual handling
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
