Minto NSWTrainee

**My Gateway **has a fantastic opportunity available to join 1st Choice Appliance Rentals based in Minto.

As part of the traineeship, you will complete a **Certificate III in Business (Customer Engagement).** This position would suit a mature minded applicant who is comfortable providing customer service over the phone and who is willing to learn.

**Duties include**:

- Answering high volume of inbound calls
- Creating new customer accounts
- Entering client information into database
- Document checking
- Preparing accounts for the processing team
- Communicating with clients when further documents are required using our templates
- Contacting customers and taking phone calls
- Making Sales
- Chasing up missed payments
- Customer service
- Make decisions about client accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in a high paced environment
- Ambition for career growth and eagerness to learn
- Good Phone Manner
- be able to handle difficult calls
- Great customer service skills would be a bonus, be able to deal with hostile customers (at times)
