Our client is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Australia's most well-known, trusted and prestigious brands. They are looking for their next Product Manager to lead the way and be the main connection between the sales, marketing, research and development teams.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Lead and accomplish the product launch process- Manage the product roadmap and develop strategies for the go - to
- market plan- Conduct market research, requirements, and overall marketing strategies to boost product launch and increase revenue- Researching business, customer, and organisation needs and expectations for commercial & industrial products- Generate and analyse sales data - create plan to improve the marketing and results- Responsible for understanding both B2B and B2C PRODUCT NEEDS
- Understand and translate customer problems into product solutions and determine how to effectively communicate to improve digital experience

**What do you need?**- 5 years experience in Product or Project Management, Professional Services, or B2B/B2C Management (Commercial Equipment & Industrial Industry in a bonus)- Ability to lead large and multiple projects at once- Impeccable interpersonal skills, both verbally and written- Strategic and analytical mindset- A results-driven individual with the passion to excel in their career in Product Management- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint- Clean National Police and Driving Check
