Key Responsibilities
This key role involves developing customised solutions, extensions and enhancements for clients. As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer (Operations), you will respond to client support requests in a timely manner. Your ability to monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the client is crucial.
You will also be responsible for proactively analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. With your skills in estimating services, capturing scope and requirements, writing user stories and development specifications, you will be able to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development of requests for clients effectively.
As a mid-senior level professional, you will have broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules. Your multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines are essential in this role.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in D365 Business Central/NAV development
Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management and change management
Ability to write user stories and development specifications
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development
