Business Central Operations Developer Job Description

As a Business Central Operations Developer, you will play a vital role in delivering customized solutions and extensions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop bespoke solutions, enhancements, and customizations for clients, ensuring they receive tailored support to achieve their business objectives.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client support requests, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a keen eye on system performance, identifying potential issues before they impact the client and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze client systems to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization, driving data-driven decision-making and process enhancements.
  • Estimate services, capture scope and requirements, write user stories, and develop specifications to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in D365 Business Central/NAV development, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • A proven track record in a support environment, with expertise in incident management, release management, and change management.
  • The ability to craft compelling user stories and development specifications, effectively communicating project requirements to stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements and development projects.
