As a Technology Solutions Trainer, you'll stand at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with esteemed industry experts and playing a pivotal role in reshaping the industries landscape.
Based at our Welshpool branch, you'll engage with cutting-edge advancements in digital construction solutions, autonomous machinery, and intelligent machine technologies.
You will be responsible for delivering in-depth training on Komatsu's Intelligent Machine Control and 3D Machine Guidance technologies to internal teams, customers, and partners.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that stakeholders fully understand and utilise the power of our advanced machine technology to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and safety.

What we are looking for: Proven ability in training and assessment with an agile approach STEM qualifications or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Excellent time management and task prioritisation Customer-focused, with strong internal relationship skills Professional, adaptable, and cooperative Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
Demonstrated experience in mining, construction, training, technology, or IoT Experience in civil construction, survey practices, or training (desirable) Familiarity with automation, IoT, or IIoT (desirable) Flexible with travel Eager to begin?
