**About the role**

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will work within the commercial team during the pre-contracts phase of Wind Farm projects. You will be tasked with leading the negotiations of Contractual and Commercial outcomes which support the development, delivery and operations of major renewable energy projects

**Duties**
- Develop competitive executable EPC / Balance of Plant / TSI contracts for large scale wind farm projects
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors during EOI / Tender preparation
- Liaise with local and international internal stake holders - development team, sales, technical, EPC delivery, O&M - during bid preparations
- Undertake commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification within relevant engineering or commercial discipline
- Proven track record in EPC contract management or Project Management
- Experience with Balance of Plant contracts would be highly regarded
- Ideally experience working within the wind farm / renewables sector (strong background from other EPC environment considered)
- Excellent commercial and technical acumen
- Good negotiation skills
