**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified Therapy Assistant to join our team at the Transitional Care Facility in Carinya of Bicton, delivering therapy and lifestyle programs designed to support our clients' health and well-being This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who is confident working independently and can think creatively to make therapy sessions both effective and enjoyable.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide individual therapy sessions under the guidance of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
- Facilitate engaging group exercise classes.
- Tailor therapy activities to align with clients' abilities and goals, fostering meaningful participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation in both paper-based and digital formats.
- Address clients' physical and psychological needs while promoting independence and quality of life.

**This role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our charming Carinya of Bicton facility**

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within aged care or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in facilitating group exercise classes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the organisation's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
