The Site
Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre (TRAC) is a large, year-round facility that includes an indoor 25-meter lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, warm water pool, fun pool with water slide, toddlers pool, sauna, steam room, spa, gym, group exercise classes, multi-purpose sports court, occasional childcare, and function room hire.
We also have an outdoor water park with activities for kids, complete with BBQ facilities.
The Role
We are looking for dynamic fitness professionals committed to delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members.
You will be able to deliver programs and personal training sessions on an as-needed basis.
Skills & Attributes:
Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
Experience in Personal Training with a variety of clientele.
A strong commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.
Minimum Certificate IV in Personal Training.
Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
Current CPR Certificate.
Valid Working With Children Check.
Willingness to undergo police check as part of employment.
Driven to succeed with a friendly, can-do attitude.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is essential.
Previous industry experience is highly regarded
Both weeknights and weekend shifts are available.
