**This role will be responsible for**:
Providing handyman and administrative support to the Facilities Management team at Barangaroo. This includes handyman services, general administrative duties, invoicing, data analysis, contractor performance management, monthly reporting, and purchase order management.
**About the role**:
Site Maintenance
- Conducting monthly site and safety inspections.
- Performing routine maintenance of non-specialist assets as directed by the Facilities Supervisor.
- Assisting the Facilities Supervisor in coordinating reactive maintenance technicians onsite.
Invoice Management
- Processing Preventative Maintenance and Adhoc Reactive Maintenance invoices from subcontractors.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices and credit notes through Converga, identifying abnormalities, and investigating reasons.
Reporting
- Collating and summarizing data for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance statistics reports.
- Generating reports for Facility and Workplace Managers for follow-up, including open jobs, overdue jobs, or overdue invoices.
- Reporting incidents or identifiable risks on Utrac.
General Administration
- Providing administrative support, data entry, or conducting audits as required.
- Assisting the Facility Manager with contractor engagement regarding preventative maintenance schedules.
- Offering operational support to Facility Managers on relevant systems.
- Monitoring the status of overdue jobs.
- Conducting Contractor Spot Checks to ensure compliance and WHS standards.
**About you**:
- Trade background or equivalent experience in routine maintenance or handyman roles.
- Strong reporting and administrative skills.
- Ability to work in a team or independently when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Strong customer service background.
- Experience in meeting external and internal client needs consistent with service level agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and influence business relationships positively.
- Proven ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Site Maintenance/Handyman experience with a focus on WHS.
- Forklift or Elevated Work Platform license is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to address complex problems within a changing work environment.
