**Our client**

This Global technology M&A advisor is focused on supporting large corporates and private equity funds with their acquisition, growth and exit strategies. As they expand their footprint in the APAC region, an Associate is sought to join the Melbourne team.

**The opportunity**

The Associate will actively support all transaction execution workstreams including preparation of pitches, IM's and financial models in addition to undertaking financial due diligence and drafting of legal documentation. The Associate will also support origination activity, including client pitches, industry/company research and the identification and assessment of potential mandates.

**Required skills & experience**
