You'll work in a small, fast-paced team, helping coordinate care and services, especially during crisis situations.
This role includes:Matching support workers with familiesRostering & profile setup (rostering can be taught)Responding quickly to incidents or child safety concernsAdmin-heavy work during onboardingSome client-facing work and home visits?? Ideal Candidate:Has experience with children or case reportingPositive, proactive, and resilient under pressureStrong multi-tasker who can handle shifting prioritiesAble to spot red flags or concerns in case reportingWorks well in a reactive, admin-heavy environment? Requirements:NDIS Worker Check will need to be completed (reimbursed if you don't currently have one still welcome to apply)Working With Children Check (WWCC) - If you do not have one still welcome to apply but will need to complete prior to starting.
