TSPV - Corporate Support OfficerLocation: Onsite - Canberra based onlyAre you an experienced corporate all-rounder with a passion for organisation and a proactive mindset?
We are seeking a capable Corporate Support Officer to join a dynamic and cross-functional team environment.
This role blends executive and administrative support with a broad range of corporate services functions—including communications, compliance, people services, and data management.
You will play a vital role in supporting key business areas, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.This role is open to Australian citizens who hold a current TSPV clearance only, due to the nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate internal and external correspondence and maintain accurate recordsDraft and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentationsSupport corporate events, projects, and cross-divisional initiativesMaintain data accuracy, manage policies and assist with audits and complianceKey Criteria:Qualification in Business Administration or Office ManagementStrong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent communication skills with a high degree of discretionStrong organisational skills and a continuous-improvement mindsetContract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
