TSPV - Corporate Support Officer

Location: Onsite - Canberra based only

Are you an experienced corporate all-rounder with a passion for organisation and a proactive mindset? We are seeking a capable Corporate Support Officer to join a dynamic and cross-functional team environment. This role blends executive and administrative support with a broad range of corporate services functions—including communications, compliance, people services, and data management. You will play a vital role in supporting key business areas, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This role is open to Australian citizens who hold a current TSPV clearance only, due to the nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Draft and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations
  • Support corporate events, projects, and cross-divisional initiatives
  • Maintain data accuracy, manage policies and assist with audits and compliance

Key Criteria:

  • Qualification in Business Administration or Office Management
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of discretion
  • Strong organisational skills and a continuous-improvement mindset

Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.

Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
