Parabellum International has local opportunities for Emergency Response Officers who may be interested in retiring from FIFO lifestyle to be closer to home and achieve a better work-life balance with the opportunity to continue doing what you love.

This amazing opportunity is located in Wagerup / Willowdale in a daily drive-in drive out capacity working 12 hour shifts over both day and night shift requirements.

**About you**:

- Flexible and able to work to a relief base roster system which includes both day and night shift cover over a 24/7 site coverage requirement
- Able to communicate and work amongst a diverse and close-knit onsite team
- Have previous mine site or construction experience in a similar role
- Possess good level of computer skills

**Your new role will include**:

- Responding to emergency calls and initiating the emergency response team (ERT)
- Responding to emergency medical calls with ambulance and delivering standard clinical care as per clinical practice guidelines
- Drug and Alcohol Testing - completing random, incident specific and for cause
- Plant access and egress, responding to all security related issues, security desk duties, gate manning and Dangerous Goods Management.
- Maintain responsibility of emergency response facilities and their contents.

**Your qualifications and skills**:

- Certificate IV in Health Care (essential)
- Certificate 2 in Security Operations (essential)
- Covid Vaccination Certificate (essential)
- Certificate III in Mines Emergency Response and Rescue
- Current WA Security License or Proof of Application
- HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing (essential)
- Dangerous Goods Security Card;
- Current unencumbered Western Australia Driver's License (essential);
