Review / Response Officer ASO 5 required for a short term temporary role within ACT Government's Housing Directorate.

Offering combination of onsite and WFH, position is located in Belconnen and is available for approx. 2 months.

The QMRRR, consists of the Client Review and Response (CRR) team, and the Quality Management and Risk (QMR) team, together making up a dynamic, agile and forward-thinking unit that has responsibility for a wide range of matters that relate to complaints, compensation, human rights, quality audit, quality assurance and risk.

The position of Review and Response officer is responsible for staffing and maintaining the call centre service during normal business hours, providing a key role to support the wider team to deliver its objectives and work collaboratively across the QMRRR and under guidance: Resolve escalated first level complaints, concerns from the general public; Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, to gather evidence and information necessary for decision-making to finalise the complaint.

- Problem solver who can make sound judgements on sensitive and complex issues
- Understanding of, and experience with, business-critical systems
- An understanding of Project management, including the establishment of plans, managing and reporting on progress, understanding risk and realising benefits
- An understanding of the issues relating to social housing and the complexities and vulnerabilities of the social housing clients.

**Compliance Requirements / Qualifications**
Desirable skills and knowledge for this position are:

- CERT IV Social Housing or equivalent, e.g Social welfare, Community work, Social Science or related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

This position does require a Working with Vulnerable People Check and National Criminal History Check.
