A bit about your role
The Logistics Services team manages end-to-end logistics processes of nbn issued materials across warehousing, transportation, and reverse equipment activities nationally.
The Logistics Service Analyst has primary responsibility for managing the reverse logistics processes for all build, activate and assurance materials. The Analyst will work directly with nbn's Third Party Logistics Provider, Labour Contractors, Technicians, Suppliers, and internal operations groups to effectively ensure materials are returned and repaired by equipment suppliers in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner.

Your Logistics & Supply Chain experience, customer centric mindset, and passion for continuous improvement will see you succeed in this role.
