Role Overview

The role of Maintenance Engineering Analyst involves deriving and analysing logistics support data and trends on equipment/systems for the Hunter Class Naval Frigates.

You will provide recommendations to ensure effective operation and sustainment of these systems, working closely with our Integrated Logistics/Product Support team.

  • Conduct investigations/studies and analyse source data to determine operating, maintenance, engineering, training and support requirements
  • Perform Integrated Logistics/Product Support activities, including failure modes effect analysis and criticality analysis
  • Ensure logistics supportability/maintenance engineering analysis best practice is provided
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Deriving and analysing logistics support data and trends on equipment/systems
  2. Providing recommendations for effective operation and sustainment of systems
  3. Working closely with the Integrated Logistics/Product Support team
  4. Conducting investigations/studies and analysing source data
  5. Performing Integrated Logistics/Product Support activities
  6. Ensuring logistics supportability/maintenance engineering analysis best practice is provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Integrated Logistics/Product Support experience or equivalent skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking skills, flexible and driven to improve current processes
