Modus Projects is rapidly expanding. As a national home-grown facilities maintenance, building, project management and fit-outs construction business, we have identified a requirement to have an additional IT support superstar join our team and provide exceptional service and support to both our trade and office teams.
As our IT Support Officer, you will work with our IT Manager on day-to-day technical service and support. **The position is full-time, based in our Cronulla headquarters.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **Level 1 IT support** for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Respond to general helpdesk queries, including **password resets, system access, and printer issues**.
- Set up and manage IT assets for new starters, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Maintain and troubleshoot **laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment**.
- Assist with IT procurement, ensuring company devices (iPhones, tablets, laptops, etc.) and software licenses are **managed efficiently and within budget**.
- Liaise with external IT support providers to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure, including **Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise solutions**.
- Assist with implementing new software, integrations, and API configurations.
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure best practices for **cybersecurity and system integrity**.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Excellent communication skills** - ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and professional manner.
- **ITIL certification** (preferred).
- **Strong troubleshooting mindset** - ability to analyse and resolve technical problems independently.
- **Proactive and self-motivated** - capable of working effectively without direct supervision.
- **Highly organized with strong attention to detail** - ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Ability to work under pressure** - handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with **Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android** operating systems.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and basic networking principles**.
- 2-3 years of experience in an **IT support/helpdesk role**.
