**About the Venue - Lollo & Culprit**

Lollo is an innovative, electric restaurant which takes diners from day to night and beyond. We're looking for Talent who are passionate about delivering exhilarating dining experiences that get the whole town talking. With a distinctive menu, our team will take Lollo to the next level of being a Hatted Restaurant

Culprit is a cafe-meets-wine-bar experience that entices guests to mix and mingle throughout the day and into the night. We look for Talent that can dial up that double shot culture from AM to PM.

**About You**
- Relevant experience in fast-paced restaurant is highly advantageous
- Relevant experience in a premium restaurant
- You positive, can-do approach sets the tone for excellence
- Eager for new challenges and career growth
- Audacious
- Holding a current Victoria RSA is essential for your role

**About the Role**
- Assisting in management of Lollo and Culprit team
- Monitors talent to ensure performance expectations are met
- Provides feedback to talent based on observation of service behaviours
- Communicates with Chefs and Director of B&F in regards to any issues with food or drinks quality and service levels
- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
- Handles guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisor as necessary
- Meets and greets guests
