**About the Role**

Leading the way for our brilliant F&B team, you will guide them with your knowledge in food safety and incredible guest interaction. You will take control of the outlet ensuring that the day-to-day running is smooth and streamlined and making sure that the team is motivated and target driven.
- Further responsibilities include:

- Ensuring accuracy during purchases and transactions
- Creating rosters in accordance with set budget
- Ensuring daily cleaning and organisational tasks are completed fully and on time
- Leading team engagement and training
- Carry out Duty Manager shifts (where applicable)

**About You**

To shine in this role, you will ideally have demonstrated, customer focused supervisory experience in food and beverage.

The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task will be key this role. You will also have flexibility with availability, particularly over weekends and public holidays.

You are a natural team leader with a confident, assertive but approachable personality through the ability to build rapport across the business. In addition, being commercially astute with strong budget management and forecasting abilities is desirable.
