**Opportunity**
- This is a sales position, so along with an OT, designated to each patient, you will assess and prescribe medical mobility equipment that is tailored to a child - this is bespoke paediatric equipment.
- You will work primarily with physios and OT's and related families of the child, you will be travelling every day, on the road, with a company vehicle provided, around Melbourne's CBD to North East Melbourne with occasional country travel to Shepparton, Tocumwal across to Wangaratta and Albury. Travel is dictated by sales opportunities.
- You will work with a broad portfolio of paediatric assistive devices for creating ongoing partnerships with families of disabled children to increase sales and develop strong territory management techniques to allow increased opportunities for territory sales growth.
- You will support marketing activities and attend conferences and workshops to educate on the products' key differentiators and innovations.
- You will create and implement sales/business plans and sales growth strategies to increase awareness and sales for your Melbourne territory.

**Experience and Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications preferred in science, nursing, physio, OT, science/health science, with a few years' experience within the hospital or private practice environment, or a related discipline, eg. fitness industry, with strong knowledge of anatomy & physiology, with sales experience.
- Ability to lift medical equipment, approx. up to 20 kgs.
- If you are a medical sales rep and are keen to do something extremely rewarding helping children, we are happy to speak to you, as long as you have a strong clinical aptitude with sales experience.
- Technically minded individual with empathy and self-awareness.
- Solutions based selling approach which can be taught if you have the clinical skills, ie. physio background.
