Our organization is seeking a legal professional with expertise in corporate leasing and construction arrangements to support our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and construction contracts, including agreements for lease, commercial and retail leases, surrender and incentive deeds, services agreements, construction agreements, and work orders.

As a key member of the team, you will provide advisory services on real estate and construction matters and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

You will also have the opportunity to advise on emerging technologies such as natural language systems and generative AI.
