**Ray White Woody Point** is looking for a motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Initially, your journey with the highly respected office will begin in the role of a
**Leasing Consultant and Business Development Manager**, however, there is a clear and distinct path for career growth and progression.

You have the ability to use this opportunity as a stepping stone to gain experience in every aspect of the industry before choosing the career path you wish to take within the business.

**Your duties will include**
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting ingoing inspections;
- Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential;
- Diary management; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
- A valid driver's license.
