**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This architectural studio innovates on a large scale of residential and commercial projects. With a perfect size of 10 people, collaboration stands out and is key to delivering projects on time.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

You will be involved in all the documentation from the early stages of the project to delivery. As an experienced ArchiCAD Documenter, you will have a high degree of project and stakeholder involvement, as well as an outstanding opportunity to progress under the mentorship of experienced architects.

**DUTIES.**
- Prepare sketches and working drawings
- Interpret plans, regulations, and codes of practice
- Assist the lead design team with the project's development
- Produce high-quality documentation in the DA and CC stages
- Attend site visits and client meetings

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Knowledge of Australian Building Codes and attention to detail
- Previous experience on residential and commercial projects
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong ArchiCAD skills with practical studio experience
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
