**About the role**
Sitting in our Banking, Treasury and Market Operations group, as a Reconciliations and Investigations officer you'll be in working in a specialised and dynamic team who are responsible for resolving customer queries and requests relating to incorrect internet banking payments, external banking investigations and suspense account reconciliations of unmatched Debits and Credits.
You'll also be investigating non fraud related chargebacks and customer card disputes, as well as handling general customer queries about the location of their missing funds - so if you like the sound of what you've read, we'd love to hear from you.
