**About the role**

The organisation are looking for an experienced and engaging Behaviour Support Practitioner, proficient or above to join their highly regarded and diverse team to develop and deliver evidence based support plans within a complex support space.

Within this role you will be required to ensure that your NDIS clients goals are met using the positive behaviour support framework, making sure that these plans will promote their quality of life.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Assessed by NDIS being at proficient or above level as a PBS practitioner
- Current Driver's License
- Eligibility for Medicare registration
- Desire to make a positive difference in the life of others
