Warehouse Supervisor

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our tight-knit Canberra site with Steel Centre. You will have autonomy to manage the warehouse, logistics and operational aspects and report into the Branch Manager.

Hours for this role are 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build a strong safety culture, lead by example and drive safety as a core value
- Supervising and developing a team 6 team members to achieve greatness in all that they do
- Full responsibility in administration of daily operations, logistics and drivers

You will be a capable leader who values safety, gaining efficiencies and have a keen eye for areas of improvement, you may currently be a leading hand looking to advance your career.

You will have:

- Supervisor experience and willing to be hands-on
- Building products, Industrial manufacturing or Construction industry experience.
- Forklift Licence essential, HR licence highly regarded
- SAP, MS office and general computer experience preferred
