Warehouse Management Role

This leadership position oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination and effective staff management.

  • Manage warehouse shift logistics, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

  • Lead budget planning and customer order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with management to achieve stock control, replenishment, and supply chain objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management.
  • Leadership skills, including people management expertise.
  • Knowledge of the food service distribution industry.
  • Cold storage environment experience.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of HACCP and OH&S regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A valid forklift license is essential, an HR license is desirable.
