**About the Role**:
As an **Advisor Retail**, you will play a critical role in supporting the Senior Manager Retail with implementing strategic retail initiatives across sectors such as mining, healthcare, and remote services. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, provide operational support, and help deliver exceptional food & beverage, vending, and small-store retail services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing and localising retail strategies to align with business and sector needs.
- Partner with on-site teams to support day-to-day operations and new site mobilisations.
- Drive customer engagement through retail promotions, events, and consistent service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs, sales data, and consumer behaviour to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and external vendors for optimal service execution.
- Support stakeholder alignment and communication to meet MAP2 goals and enhance revenue.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **3-5 years' experience** in retail operations, customer service, or hospitality (F&B preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail processes, trends, and consumer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Basic analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or Hospitality (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive mindset and commitment to service excellence, hygiene, and safety.
