Please review the roster to confirm that you can commit to the hours included before applying.Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within the home and community;Supporting customers to engage in community-based activities;Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; andAdministration duties, expense and mandatory reports.What you'll need?
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;Ability to manage situations as they arise with patience and maturity;A Valid drivers licence and a willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate).
