We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service / admin professional at our hearing clinic in Warwick, QLD.
You will play an important role within our business, providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
This is a permanent full-time position with a fixed roster from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

What will you be doing?
Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists / Audiometrists)
Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
Handling the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
Billing clients accurately and processing a range of payments
Learning and using a variety of software and applications
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Focus on results and achieving the best outcomes for clients and the clinic
Intermediate computer skills
An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair/maintenance
