As part of our marketing team, you'll contribute to the success of our renowned subsidiaries, including:
- LoadShift, Australia's largest heavy haulage freight marketplace moving more freight than the earth to the moon per week day, and over 700 million km to date

As a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Drive marketing strategies to increase awareness and generate inbound opportunities for our Sales teams
- Design and implement consumer and B2B marketing campaigns
- Lead content marketing and content creation initiatives

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute our brand strategy across all product teams
- Design and implement retention and personalization programs
- Develop strategies to enhance performance and conversion rates
- Assist in the development and execution of our Strategic Partnership program
- Support SEO and SEM specialists in maintaining brand consistency
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and PR teams to launch effective campaigns driving traffic and leads
- Participate in weekly sprint meetings with the Acquisition team

**Requirements**:
- Experience managing a marketing team.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience for SaaS companies - creating marketing content, structuring & executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (B2B, B2C), generating leads, reporting on results, and making improvements to improve future outcomes.
- Inbound Marketing Expert - inbound marketing concepts, experience using thought leadership and value-first content to establish trust and generate conversions. Robust knowledge of the buyer's journey, buyer personas, tailored messaging, SEO & SEM. landing pages & forms for lead generation, nurturing leads and moving them through the inbound marketing funnel.
- Self-starter & Results-driven - you can work both independently and with little direction and are constantly seeking opportunities to excel & go beyond your role. You work hard and do what it takes to hit targets, independently if needed.
- Creative problem solver - ability to take challenges and focus on the opportunity to solve it - remaining calm under pressure, and finding creative short-term/long-term solutions.
- Team player - willing to step out of your role or go the extra mile to support your team. One team, one dream
- Communication - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - the ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
**Nice to Have**:
- A keen interest in working in a fast-growing startup environment
- Paid Search & Social - Advanced experience managing, optimising and growing paid campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and other social media platforms and search engine platforms. With a good understanding of segmentation and target audiences.
- Robust portfolio of content & campaigns you have created, or that were created under your leadership. Including but not limited to: multi-channel campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers, thought leadership, videos, ads, landing pages, among others.
