**The Client**:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing insurance brokerage based in Penrith. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, they're looking for talented individuals to join their expanding team and contribute to their exciting growth journey.
**The Role**:
This position offers the opportunity to manage an existing portfolio of insurance policies while playing a vital role in the brokerage's business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and maintaining a portfolio of clients.
- Managing renewals and processing claims inquiries.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- **Fantastic communication skills** to engage effectively with clients.
- **Exceptional attention to detail** to manage policies and claims efficiently.
- **A relevant university degree** to support your knowledge in the industry.
- **Ideally**, **1-2 years of insurance exposure** to bring practical insights to the role.
- **ANZIIF Tier 1 certification**(preferred) to demonstrate your professional expertise.
