**About the position**

Our Wests Nelson Bay site is currently seeking **casual **Scullery Attendant to join our Catering team. This opportunity is key to our back of house food outlets and catering operations across the site. Duties will include:

- Cleaning of all soiled crockery, cutlery and equipment
- Clear and clean tables when required
- Cleaning of work areas
- Assist with the set-up of service
- Sweep and clean floors
- Ensure appropriate disposal of waste

This position will require availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts during the week. Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during these times is essential.

**About you**

You are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met. Previous experience in a similar position, or the likes of Fast Food Chains is desirable. Along with a good work ethic, you will be a team player who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
