Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join a collaborative Data & AI team, working on an exciting Generative AI project for a high-profile client in the resources sector.
About The Role
We aim to deliver production-ready solutions across multiple use cases using cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Embedding Models, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, LangChain, agentic architectures, and cloud-based AI services.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to feed GenAI models ensuring data quality and consistency.
Design, implement, and optimize GenAI model solutions.
Apply evaluation metrics to track model performance and drive iterative improvements.
Develop applications using Python with hands-on experience in application development of 6+ months required.
Deploy and maintain AI/ML pipelines in both cloud and on-prem environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ months hands-on experience implementing and deploying GenAI solutions.
6+ months of Python application development scripts-only experience does not qualify.
Experience with model evaluation, data engineering, and production deployment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and modern GenAI architectures.
