MAWI Solutions' is seeking an experienced Grounds Keeper | Gardener to join our team in Mooloolaba, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping on our coastal property, ensuring it remains well-manicured and presentable at all times.

**What you'll be doing**
- Mowing, edging and trimming lawns and gardens to maintain the desired aesthetic
- Pruning and shaping trees, shrubs and other plants
- Planting, watering and general care of flowers, plants and other greenery
- Clearing pathways, driveways and other areas of debris and weeds
- Monitoring the irrigation system and making adjustments as needed
- Performing minor landscaping tasks such as mulching and soil preparation
- Providing feedback and recommendations for ongoing grounds improvements
- Ensuring all gardening tools and equipment are maintained in good working order

**What we're looking for**
- A valid "C" class driver's license.
- Proficient at manoeuvring a Ute with a trailer attached
- Proficient in the use of equipment, including push mowers, hedge trimmers, whipper snippers, and blowers.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- An ACDC chemical license and chainsaw ticket are advantageous.
