**About the role**

If you are looking for varied responsibilities and tasks within a fun and dynamic environment this is the role for you. With a recently renovated showroom and great team culture, we are looking for someone who is friendly, calm, and well presented to join our growing team.

As the face of our business, a positive attitude is a must, as is a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to helping our customers and team members. Exceptional customer service, computer skills and an excellent phone manner is a must.

Are you ready to be the first point of contact for our builders, trades and homeowners as they navigate through the renovation journey?

**Your day to day**
- Working in a retail environment, every day brings a new adventure.
- Meet and greet customers, making them feel welcome
- Embodying Reece values and service standards; helping guide customers through their Bathroom Life journey - understanding their needs
- Assist our Retail Consultants with administration including but not limited to product enquiries, developing quote, PowerPoint presentations, customer order management, payment processing, arranging deliveries, and logging aftersales cases
- Responsible for maintenance and ordering of branch stock items - brochures, commonly sold stock and showroom supplies
- Make refreshments for our customers and ensure all customers are being attended to Responsible for overall presentation and cleanliness of the showroom together with the branch team**About you**
- Customer service, administration or hospitality experience
- Excellent computer and system skills
- People person; strong interpersonal skills and love to meet new people
- Flexible, adaptable and calm under pressure
- Strong ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Must demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
