**About the Role**
As a Team Leader in Settlement and Funding Operations, you'll lead a high-performing team to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused processing services.

You'll be responsible for servicing a diverse portfolio across home loans, asset finance, SME, commercial, and corporate lending for Business Bank—ensuring operational excellence and a seamless experience for our customers and partners.

You'll drive continuous improvement, support change initiatives, and foster a culture of accountability and service delivery. Your leadership will influence end-to-end service outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

This role is pivotal in shaping team capability, stakeholder engagement, and operational resilience across the Group Operations Service Delivery (GOSD) Centre of Excellence.

You bring proven experience in operational leadership within financial services, with a strong grasp of banking operations, compliance, and risk frameworks—particularly across commercial business lending and asset finance.
