Meat Process Worker/General Labourer

Australia Task Labour Australia Full time

**We are seeking Skilled and Unskilled Meat Process Workers for our client, located in Morningside QLD. You will be working with a high-quality meat supplier nationwide and internationally. Supplying to restaurants, hotels, pubs, clubs, retail shops and airlines.**
- Ongoing casual position with full-time hours (average 38hr/week, plus overtime opportunities)
- All uniforms and PPE required
- Morning shifts start between 5am - 6am

**The responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Packaging of products
- Labelling of products and boxes
- Strapping boxes and palletising
- Completing manual handling duties
- Machine operating

**Skills Required**:

- Industry experience is preferred but not necessary
- Previous knife experience desirable but not essential
- Willingness to handle raw and cooked meat products
- Physically fit and can repetitively lift 5kg - 25kg
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Commit to working safely and following procedures in a physical job
- Adhere to all company & WHS policies and procedures

**To be successful, you must meet the following requirements**
- Driver's license and own reliable transport
- Able to pass a drug, alcohol, and physical assessment
- Have the Q Fever vaccination or be willing to get the vaccination
- Must be double vaccinated for COVID
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
