You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills by coaching Team Members to become selling superstars by delivering impeccable customer service yourself.What we are looking for:Experience with supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing teamAn understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIsAbility to provide personal and memorable customer service experiencesA passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environmentDemonstrated ability of coaching and providing feedback to Team Members to support their career developmentWhat you will be doing:Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targetsLead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving your personal sales targetsCoach and train Team Members to become top performersProviding high standards of stock management and shrinkage controlMerchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelinesOperational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasksWhy you should work with us:Commission scheme to reward and recognise your successGenerous staff discounts across our wide range of productsNational career opportunities and support for your career growthOpportunity to become a part of our 120+ year history in AustraliaIf you are ready to take on this golden opportunity and become part of our legacy, then apply online now
