Responsibilities As Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting superior quality food in a timely and professional manner as directed by the Executive Chef.
You will place the highest importance on food safety and hygiene with food preparation and presentation to ensure our Owners and guests dining in onsite.
What You'll Bring To be considered for this great opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following:2 years' experience as a Cook or similar position, within a resort/hotel environmentThorough understanding of the principles of food safety and hygiene of food preparationInnovative and have passion for preparing high quality restaurant meals, with the ability to produce and create menusDisplay an open friendly manner and positive attitude and team spiritGreat attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise varying work demands and workloadDemonstrate ability to work unsupervised in a pressured environmentDisplay excellent people, communication and customer service skillsAbility to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, school and public holiday periods How You'll Be Rewarded Build your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
