With growth on the horizon, we're looking for a passionate and experienced **Sales Manager** who is ready to drive results and make a real difference.
**About the Role**:
As our **Sales Manager**, you'll take ownership of the sales performance across Brilley's specialist housing streams. You'll play a key role in growing our presence in the market, building strong external partnerships, and ensuring every customer journey is consistently exceptional.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business growth goals
Identify new opportunities in SDA, government, and private housing sectors
Work closely with Business Development Managers, NDIS & SIL providers
Ensure seamless customer journeys through all stages of the sales process
Analyse sales data and implement improvements where needed
Promote collaboration across internal departments
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM and internal systems
**About You**:
We're looking for a confident and people-focused leader who brings both **commercial acumen** and **empathy** to the table.
Proven experience in residential construction sales (NDIS/SDA sector ideal)
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Results-driven with the ability to deliver consistent sales growth
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management
High level of integrity, initiative and communication skills
Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM and reporting tools
Ability to travel to regional offices when required
