In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the contractual and financial aspects of our luxury multi-residential projects.
You will play a vital part in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.What You'll Be DoingPrepare detailed scopes of work and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence.Lead the procurement process, overseeing contract letting and supplier engagement from start to finish.Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms and outcomes.Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and payments in a timely and efficient manner.Monitor project expenses and conduct regular cost reporting and forecasting to ensure budgets are maintained.Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project operations.Track and manage project costs, identifying and addressing any variances as they arise.What We're Looking ForMinimum 5+ years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry, ideally in luxury or high-end residential projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts and industry best practices.Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.A supportive, collaborative, and innovative work culture.The opportunity to lead landmark projects that set new standards in luxury residential construction.Genuine leadership and career growth opportunities as we expand our team.Join UsIf you are passionate about luxury residential construction, we want to hear from you.
