About the Role
Join our Dulux Team as a Production Team Member based in Dandenong South, VIC.
This role will allow you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process
You will work rotating day and afternoon shifts, 35 hours, 4 days per week.
Monday – Thursday:
Day shift 5.45am – 3.15pm
Afternoon shift 3pm – 12.30am
Friday overtime is optional depending on operational requirements.
Once you've completed training; responsibilities will include:
Batching of raw materials
Operation of Machinery, such as extruder & mills
Working with robotics
Manual handling and lifting

Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment.
With your strong mechanical aptitude, you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution
Along with this you will have the following:
Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
Consistently punctual and reliable
Focus on production output and continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you will exhibit strong motivation to make a positive daily contribution and be committed to ongoing professional development.
