You will receive training and ongoing support to operate high speed production and process equipment, completing duties such as:Manage packaging and product changeoversEquipment cleaningIngredient processing & batch makingMonitoring production activity, resolving/escalating issues which impact production targetsUsing systems to accurately report on production data and quality checksAbout YouOur chosen Production Team Members will have:Available to work day and night shift 7 days a week (on a rotating roster)A proactive mindset to stay on top of tasksGood verbal and written communication skills to manage day-to-day tasks, breakdowns, quality, and safety issuesEagerness to learn your production lineA disciplined attitude to work safely in your environment and around the plantFull-time permanent Australian work rightsOur Recruitment ProcessFace-to-face interview, onsite activity and factory tourMedical (paid for by CCEP)Reference checksEmployee BenefitsAt CCEP you can expect an attractive package including staff product allowances and a broad range of discounts and benefits from partners.
