The Pakenham Racing Club is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to fill the role of Track Work Supervisor, following the recent addition of the new Rise Turf and Synthetic Tracks at Sportsbet-Pakenham, and in light of the club's sustained growth.

**The Role and all About You**
- As part of the Training Services team, you'll typically work an 11-day fortnight with shifts starting bright and early at approximately 3:10am and finishing around 9:45am.
- Success in this position necessitates a profound passion for the horse racing industry, which will serve as a source of motivation during the early hours of the day.
- Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively alert both team members and track users of any developing situations, engage with track users and convey information to fellow supervisors with precision.
- Supervising horses during their training sessions in accordance with industry and Worksafe guidelines is a pivotal aspect of this role.
- Given the elevated risk associated with working around horses, all team members must possess first aid training or be willing to undergo such training, which PRC will ensure is up to date.
