We are seeking experienced track work riders to join our organization at various locations.

Our team recognizes the value of experienced riders and is committed to providing a supportive environment where they can thrive. If you have a passion for horses and proven experience in track work riding, we invite you to be part of our journey towards excellence.

The successful applicants will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Riding Skills: Ability to ride 8 - 10 horses per morning with a strong emphasis on pace/timed work.
  • Training Expertise: Proven ability to train and educate a variety of horses including young and inexperienced horses, colts, and seasoned racehorses.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to take instructions from various individuals and exhibit high communication skills.
  • Team Player: Must be capable of working effectively and efficiently both as part of a team and independently.

Successful applicants will need to provide contactable references. A current CV will be requested. International applicants are encouraged to apply though must have a valid visa and documents as well as a good understanding of the English language.
