The Role
As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll lead the design and development of user-facing features that make a real impact on healthcare professionals' lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Transforming complex processes into simple, clear interfaces that engage users.
Collaborating with designers and product managers to iterate on ideas and incorporate feedback from real-world use.
Contributing across the stack – from frontend UI components to backend services – ensuring a cohesive, reliable product experience.
Advocating best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and maintainable code.
Mentoring and supporting other engineers, helping to raise the quality of our frontend craft across the team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
5+ years of professional experience building and delivering complex web applications, ideally in a product-driven environment.
Strong frontend skills (e.g. React, TypeScript, modern CSS) and a track record of shipping polished, high-quality interfaces.
Solid full stack capability, with the ability to work effectively on backend services when needed.
A product mindset – you care deeply about solving real problems for users and measuring the impact of what you build.
Experience working closely with design, with an eye for detail and an appreciation for great UX.
Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and product direction.
