Great opportunity for **Payroll officer for Full-time (or Part-time) role for an immediate start**

[Responsibilities]
- End to end weekly payroll processing under ADP outsourced environment
- Liaise with ADP payroll processing, month end, yearend closing
- Ensuring accuracy and timely processing of weekly payroll with preparing payroll adjustment sheets needed
- Financial reporting and month end payroll functions
- Ensuring the accuracy of data being recorded regarding timesheets, leave balances, salaries, employee details and more
- Working in a team and manage the payroll functions
- Working with HR in maintaining Employee Masterfile updates
- Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll, financial, taxation and legal requirements
- Supporting internal and external payroll enquiries
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes across the payroll department
- Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business

[Requirements]
- 3 - 5 years of end-to-end payroll experience
- Solid Award interpretation experience
- ADP or similar payroll database experience
- Excellent attention to detail
